Our Terms & Conditions

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, payable at the time of booking. Booking fees are deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.

Deposits

Consultations with our injectors require a £50 deposit. 

All appointments (unless on a paid course) require a £50 deposit. All appointments require a 72-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

Deposit fees are deducted from treatments, not retail products. 

Your consultation fee must be redeemed within 4 weeks of your consultation.

Appointments

Please attend your appointment alone, unless you require a chaperone. Chaperone services are available upon request.

Strictly no under 18’s allowed.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. 

While we do use industry-leading technology, we cannot guarantee results. Results of treatments will vary between each patient. We strongly advise following all aftercare recommendations from your clinician for the best results.

Rescheduling Appointments

We respectfully ask for 72 business hours’ notice to move an appointment. Appointments moved out of this timeframe will require a new booking fee to rebook. Appointments can be moved once only. 

Appointments rescheduled with less than 72 business hours notice will result in the loss of that treatment session. This may affect your results. 

Cancellations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – ALL PATIENTS MUST READ IN FULL

Your appointments are very important to the team members at LB Medical. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, we require at least 72 business hours’ notice for cancellations. When an appointment requires a booking fee, this is non-refundable. If you move your appointment more than once, or without 72 business hours notice, your booking fee will be lost and an additional booking fee will be required to re-book. Our cencellation policy applies to all cancellation reasons, including sickness, emergencies and COVID-19. No shows will result in loss of booking fee. Opening hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00. Any messages received outside of these hours will be picked up the next working day. We are unable to offer refunds on any products or treatments once they have been purchased. If you need to move your appointment, it must be reshceduled within 12 weeks. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please check all emails of confirmation as these will have consent forms and medical questionnaires which must be filled out before any appointment is made. Failure to do so could result in your appointment being rescheduled and/or your deposit lost. 

In the unlikely event that you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, please be aware this may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.

For any cancellations, we require 3 working days’ notice to avoid losing your deposit. If you cancel a treatment as part of a package or course within less than 3 working business days this appointment will be lost. This may affect your overall results. 

Appointments can be moved once only. If you cancel your appointment more than once, a new deposit will be required to book again.  

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any retail products or services purchased in clinic or online.

Any courses purchased such as laser, microneedling and HydraFacials are non-refundable.

How to find us

We are on the northern outskirts of Newmarket. Take junction 37 from the A14 onto the A142. The clinic is located in between Tesco and Burger King roundabouts on Fordham Road, in the business park with green gates. We are the first building on your right with black double doors. There is free parking available immediately outside of the clinic. The front door is always locked, therefore on arrival, please buzz the door and wait to be let in. Reception is on the right as you enter the building. 

Polite Reminders

Please kindly contact us on 07377 356467 if you are running more than 5 minutes late, and arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late, you may not be able to be seen and will be required to pay a new booking fee to rebook. 

We are unable to accommodate under 18s in the clinic. Please ensure you have arranged childcare prior to your appointment. Children are not permitted to wait in the waiting area. Please attend your appointment alone. One patient at a time is permitted in the treatment room.

Please attend your appointment with a make-up free face.

Other important information

If you require a top up for Botox this has to be done from a minimum of 14 days after the initial appointment, but no longer than 4 weeks after. Any reviews after this are out of the medical guidelines meaning we are unable to do top up at that point. 

Please attend your appointment with no make up on the skin. Whilst carrying out treatments, it is important that our staff are able to see the entire face and neck to monitor for any adverse reactions.
