Prior to booking treatment, Lucinda and her team will arrange a consultation to discuss what you would like to achieve and which treatments may be suitable for you

Consultations are carried out by Lucinda at the Newmarket clinic. Please attend your appointment alone as only the patient is permitted in the treatment room. Please notify us in advance if you require a chaperone.

A £50 non refundable booking deposit is required to making your facial consultation appointment.

This is taken off the cost of your initial treatment should you proceed with treatment. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment, this deposit is non-refundable as it allows for Lucinda’s time and expertise. Your consultation fee can be paid over the phone by calling clinic, by booking online, or by BACS transfer.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we do require at least 72 business hours notice, otherwise the £50 booking fee is lost.

The consultation process includes a comprehensive medical history, treatment area analysis, photographic assessment and a treatment plan. Lucinda takes great care and time to understand your concerns and assess the underlying causes. She will guide you through treatment choices, pros, cons and alternatives.

Your booking fee is valid to be transferred to a treatment for up to 12 weeks from the date of your consultation. We encourage you to take time to consider the options provided to you at consultation, and you are welcome to get in touch with any further questions you may have after your appointment. You are under no pressure to go ahead with treatment.
